Joined an SIer in 2014 and worked as a system engineer, engaging in R&D from large-scale projects to cutting-edge technologies, primarily in the financial sector. From 2018, led technology domain transformation at a startup consulting firm and was appointed as Executive Officer in 2022. Systematized organizational capabilities, built knowledge management and enablement program infrastructure, and established a value delivery framework. Furthermore, secured the world's first partnership with a US unicorn company and launched a business generating continuous revenue, serving as its P&L leader. Joined Rubicon9 as a director in 2025. With strengths in architecture design and grand design utilizing advanced technologies, realizes value creation through both 'Technology × Business' axes from strategy formulation to execution.
