Joined Nidec Corporation, a major comprehensive motor manufacturer, as a new graduate. In the corporate planning department, he was responsible for formulating and promoting company-wide strategies and gained extensive experience in domestic and international M&A execution. He played a central role in both practical work and negotiations, particularly in cross-border deals. Subsequently, he worked in financial advisory services at a securities company, providing advice on corporate acquisitions and business restructuring. He contributed to corporate value enhancement from both financial and strategic perspectives across diverse industries and deal sizes. Furthermore, he led investments in university-launched startups at the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) under the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. He focused on deep tech areas such as AI, quantum technology, and iPS cells, contributing to IPOs and M&A exits of multiple startups. He has practical experience in innovation creation through public-private partnerships. Currently serves as CFO at Rubicon9.
